Parent & Baby Yogalates - what is the class like?
* We start with 10mins of yoga for baby to help their coordination, brain development, posture, and help with ailments such as colic, constipation etc.
* We have some balances and postures which can be done together or on your own.
* The main part of the class is a mix of yoga & pilates for the parent. We work a lot on building strength, so it is important you have fully recovered from the birth.
* We always finish with a relaxing meditation where you can snuggle with your baby, lie down and just relax.
* We have fibre optics for the babies to play with on the floor, moving lights on the ceiling and different sensory toys each week for your baby to explore whilst you concentrate on some ‘me time’
* Each term includes a special themed week and graduation on the final week.

ALPACA YOGA
Experience the ultimate relaxation with Alpaca Yoga!
Our alpacas will take your yoga practice to a whole new level. Picture yourself surrounded by gentle, fluffy alpacas as you flow through your poses, these adorable creatures will bring a sense of calm, joy and lots of smiles to your practice.
Alpacas are known for their peaceful and gentle nature, and their presence will help you find inner peace and tranquility. Their soft fur and soothing presence will melt away your stress, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Not only will you benefit from the physical and mental benefits of yoga, but you'll also have the opportunity to connect with these beautiful animals. The bond you form with the alpacas during your practice will leave you with lasting memories and a deep sense of happiness.
YOGA & SOUND BATH - 90mins
During the Autumn and Winter months, we move indoors for some deep relaxation.
Experience calming yoga flows working on balance, strength, flexibility and breath work. The final 30 minutes will be spent snuggled in with your blanket and pillow for a guided meditation and soothing Sound Bath using Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and percussion instruments, promoting relaxation and mindfulness to unwind and harmonise your body and mind.
The Zen Goddess Retreat takes place at the stunning Barton Manor Hotel and Spa. The price (£165) is for 1 baby and 2 adults so that you have a helper on hand (particularly whilst you have your massage) but also to enjoy the experience together, allowing you more opportunity to relax throughout the day.

Little Zen yoga classes are a fun introduction to yoga with lots of games and stories to keep your little one engaged.
Through play, we work on balance, co-ordination, strength, motor skills & breathing to calm and centre the body. We use a holistic approach to support physical and mental well-being and provide strategies for little ones to manage their big feelings and frustrations.
We learn methods to help children relax and tips for those who struggle to fall asleep.
